Hanfaeih Complex is a 2,100 m² contemporary commercial development in Amman, designed as a specialized destination for restaurant and hotel supplies. Conceived as both a functional marketplace and a recognizable urban landmark, the project combines operational efficiency with a strong architectural identity.
The façade is defined by a bold circular opening that anchors the main elevation and gives the building its distinctive character. Natural stone cladding, expansive glazing, and restrained geometric volumes create a refined composition that balances solidity, transparency, and visual impact.
Internally, the complex is organized across multiple levels with flexible open-plan areas accommodating showrooms, display zones, storage, and supporting functions. A clear circulation core provides efficient vertical movement, while the mezzanine introduces additional usable space overlooking the commercial floor.
Supporting facilities, including parking, service areas, ablution spaces, and a dedicated prayer area, are carefully integrated into the overall layout. The result is a purpose-driven commercial environment where strong identity, spatial clarity, and operational efficiency come together within one cohesive architectural expression.

The design concept of Hanfaeih Complex is driven by the idea of creating a strong commercial identity through clear geometry and efficient spatial organization.
A distinctive circular façade element becomes the project’s visual anchor, giving the complex an immediately recognizable presence while contrasting with the surrounding rectilinear masses.
Inside, flexible open-plan commercial spaces are organized to support display, movement, storage, and service functions with clarity and adaptability. The architectural language combines natural stone, glazing, and bold geometric forms to create a contemporary commercial environment where identity and function are expressed as one unified concept.
