Al-Theiabat Complex

Al-Theiabat Complex is a 500 m² commercial service facility in Amman, designed to bring clarity, efficiency, and a refined architectural identity to an active transport-oriented environment. Clean horizontal volumes, precise stone cladding, and carefully controlled glazing create a professional yet contemporary presence.

At the heart of the project, a circular reception hall and sculptural spiral staircase form the main spatial focus. This central void organizes circulation between the two levels, creating an intuitive connection between offices, managerial suites, meeting rooms, and operational workspaces.

The ground floor accommodates the primary service functions, including open work areas, private offices, archive facilities, staff spaces, and a prayer area. The upper level provides quieter administrative and management spaces, with controlled openings offering privacy while maintaining natural light.

Externally, paved courts, landscaped pockets, and carefully organized circulation guide movement toward the transport yard and reinforce the project’s functional character. The result is a contemporary operational facility where architecture transforms everyday commercial functions into a clear, organized, and distinctive working environment.

DESIGN CONCEPT

Function Organized Around a Central Core

The design concept of Al-Thyabat Complex is centered on clarity, efficiency, and a strong architectural core. A circular reception hall and sculptural spiral staircase form the heart of the building, organizing movement and creating an intuitive connection between its different functions.

The lower level is expressed with greater transparency, reflecting the public and operational character of the ground floor, while the upper level uses more controlled openings to create privacy for management and administrative spaces.

Clean horizontal volumes, precise stone cladding, and a restrained material language reinforce the project’s professional identity. The result is a commercial service facility where circulation, function, and architectural expression are integrated into one clear and cohesive composition.
